Where does my SPAM go?

If email is being handled by the spam filter, all spam will be moved to the spam folder. The spam
folder can be accessed via webmail.

To get to the spam folder you need to do the following

• Login into: http://webmail.1and1.com
• Account: (email address)
• Password: user password

When you get into your webmail select the folder marked as "spam."

In the folder, you can highlight any email that is "not spam," press the button that says "not spam," and the message will move out of the spam folder and into the inbox.  You will then be able to download it or review the email in the inbox.

Note:  Spam folder is automatically emptied every 30 days.
